Our Stikine Fish Rub is a blend of our own dill pickle salt, garlic salt, onion salt, smoked salt, and rosemary salt blended with lemon peel and white pepper for perfect fish every time.
 
We start by making salt from double filtered ocean water... then, we infuse it with our own Wrangell grown veggie and herbs. Those salts are then blended into mouth watering mixes to make your catch of the day truly shine.
