Garlic
Seed and Culinary garlic will be available for sale around August. Varieties include Georgia Crystal, Russian Giant, PSKEM, Purple Glazier, and Chesnok Red
Vegetables
You can find our veggies at The Stikine Inn Restaurant (locally known as "The Stik") as well as Sweet Tides. Seasonal varieties include romaine, butter lettuce, turnips, kale, pickling cukes, tomatoes, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, garlic scapes, garlic, strawberries, assorted herbs, beets, and assorted greens.
Strawberries
Our strawberry fields will be expanding over the next years! We hope to offer these direct to consumer as well as to restaurants in 2024.

Market Bouquet
Details to come! This will be a seasonal assortment of whatever is growing on the farm. Weekly/biweekly subscriptions will be available in 2024 and we will post 2023 availability on Facebook and Instagram as things grow this summer.

Arrangements
Arrangements can be special ordered. We expect to have flowers in sufficient quantity in July and August this year to accept limited orders. If you have your own vase let us know- otherwise, arrangements will be offered in both pint and quart mason jars.
