Our Pork Rub is a blend of our own garlic salt, onion salt, smoked salt, rosemary salt, and coffee salt blended with black pepper and for perfect pork every time.
 
We start by making salt from double filtered ocean water... then, we infuse it with our own Wrangell grown veggie and herbs. Those salts are then blended into mouth watering mixes to make your catch of the day truly shine.
